
✓ This is a High-Intensity Interval Training Course, the main goal of which is to make short daily training an essential part of your lifestyle;
✓ You will get access to 21 short follow-along video workouts with a built-in timer and empowering electronic music sets;
✓ Each workout is 21 min long and includes: warm-up stretch, joint mobility, and the main training;
✓ The main part of each workout consists of 2 sets of 3 exercises repeated in 3 rounds. These are the most effective combinations of exercises to engage and strengthen all muscle groups;
✓ I will be introducing progressions to some of the exercises. Feel free to follow along based on your abilities;
✓ Recommended equipment: resistance bands, dumbbells (books or water bottles);
✓ Train at home, in the gym, outside, or on vacation. This challenge is available on any device;
✓ To keep you motivated and accountable to your goal, access to the challenge will be available for 30 days: 21 days of active work and 9 extra days whenever you need to take a break.

For men and women who have some experience working out but don’t have time or motivation to
commit to a full-length workout at the gym or at home. For those who want to lose weight, get toned,
and increase their overall fitness endurance.
Most of the workouts can be done without any equipment in the comfort of your own space. However,
to achieve better results, it’s best to follow the recommended amplifications and progressions, where
we will be using resistance bands and weights. If you don’t have the dumbbells, feel free to use plastic
water bottles filled with water or sand and/or books.
The point of this challenge is to consistently complete one short workout every day to accumulate the
desired result over time. To keep the participants accountable and motivated, access to the challenge
will be available for 1 month. 21 days of active work and 9 extra days for whenever you need a break.
All the workouts are about 21 min long. Each one starts with a 3-minute warmup stretch and joint
mobility, followed by the main full-body high-intensity interval training workout, which includes 2 sets
of 3 exercises (6 exercises in total), each repeated in 3 rounds.
